RootWise™ currently ships within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is included in the purchase price of our curated bundles. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Packages returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Due to the personal care nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, refund, or store credit at RootWise™'s discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
